TEMPORARY UPDATE ON SHIPPING POLICY:
All physical orders placed between April 8th - May 31th, 2024 will ship June 3rd, 2024. I'm handling all the fulfillment personally, but during this time I'll be on tour and I won't able to ship your packages. You can still order stuff - just please be patient! I apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and support!

REGULAR SHIPPING POLICY - COMING BACK May 31th:
Orders that can be immediately fulfilled will be processed and then shipped within 5 days, I usually ship on Tuesdays.
For orders placed around the holiday season, please allow extra time for processing orders.

Once an order is placed on the website you will receive an order confirmation email for the purchase.

Shipping times will vary depending on where you live. Shipping via USPS can take anywhere between 5-7 business days in US and between 2 weeks to over a month due to customs clearances if shipped internationally.
Customers in Asia and Australia typically will have the longest waiting times for their items to arrive.

If your package was returned because you have provided an inaccurate address (i.e. you moved and did not update your address, provided a wrong address) or you did not pick up your package from your post office/failed to accept package when it was delivered, and still want your order, I will require that you pay additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Please contact me before returning an item and please choose your sizes carefully.

I accept returns on any faulty, damaged items or items which are the wrong size.

Download cards/codes and CD's are not returnable.
